Counselling in Dartington and online

Support for the times life feels difficult

People come to counselling for many reasons. You may be living with anxiety or low mood, grieving a loss, struggling with relationships or family life, facing a major change or simply feeling stuck.

You do not need to know exactly what is wrong before you get in touch.

How it works

Starting counselling

Step 1 — Free initial conversation
We begin with a free 15-minute phone or video call. You can ask questions, tell us briefly what you are looking for and decide whether you would like to arrange a session.

Step 2 — Your first session
We meet face-to-face in Dartington or online and begin exploring what has brought you to counselling and what you would like support with.

Step 3 — Ongoing support
Sessions are usually arranged regularly at a pace agreed between you and your counsellor. We review the work together so that counselling continues to meet your needs.
